Ash Wednesday
Muddle blackberries in gin. Add honey and cream, shake, and serve up. Garnish with grated nutmeg or drops of Angostura bitters.
- Completely decadent! Use super fresh blackberries for more taste. I'd personally skip double straining because I like the texture.
