2 oz Slivovitz
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Rose liqueur
1⁄4 oz Campari
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir with ice and pour into apéritif glass, garnish with lemon peel styled as a rose.

Notes

I used Drillaud's Rose Liqueur, but others should work too. Could be a bit less if rose is overpowering.

Rewritten after I realised I'd made a complete hash of the proportions. As written now it's as I intended it. Improved, you might say.

History

The concept - an improved, perfect Martini - was quickly followed by the name. Put an olive in as well, if you really want to get carried away.

  • Opted for the olive. Lovely clear light gold. Balance is quite nice: Piny-ness and bite of the gin is quite tamed, but other ingredients agree to be quiet together, and sweetness seems right.

Very nice! The punch of the ginger pairs well with Larceny bourbon here, making for a full flavored Tiki sour without rum. I used Lustau Oloroso, and while the darker sherry notes are subtle due to the small quantity, they do add positively to the body.

Garnish with Fat triangle shaped rim of toasted and sweetened shredded Coconut and grated tonka on the same part

Notes

I did not get info about the "berries"syrup.
Felt it was tart and round at the same time.

for the infusion :
5oz rum+ 5 oz Coconut powder/ shredded+ 2 tonka bean for 2 weeks.

I always prefer strong infusion to temper with more rum if needed

  • Good drink, but don't overdo it on the dram.
  • Boozy tiki style drink! I wasn't sure the rye would play well, but did fine. I made 2nd time with a little chinese 5 spice. Very tasty.
