Notes

Mezcal Light smoke + spiced rum + coriander are a real good match.

Despite the ratio, Chartreuse is nearly undetectable.

Maybe 1/3 more Mezcal would be better.

2 cube Ginger
2 oz Gin, Plymouth

6 spg Coriander

Instructions

Muddle ginger pieces with gin. Mix all but Mezcal and soda water. Shake vigourously. Strain, collin's glass, crushed ice. Add soda water, swizzle a bit to mix. Float Mezcal. Garnish with huge mint bouquet and grated nutmeg.
