Hallowed Tea Thy Name
Dry Shake all ingredients, then shake over ice. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with bitters and mint
Cinnamon and black tea syrup: 2:1 syrup with cinnamon sticks (1 quart sugar, .5 quart water to 5 sticks cinnamon). Steep black tea (I used Kentucky bourbon black tea) for 2 minutes while syrup is still hot.
- Bitter Cucumber — Gin, Aperol, Rich simple syrup 2:1, Club soda, Lime juice, Cucumber
- Vermeer — Gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Bitters, Rhubarb bitters, Egg white, Agave syrup, Lime juice, Grapefruit juice, Orange peel
- Blood Sage — Gin, Lime juice, Simple syrup, Egg white, Blood orange, Sage
- Sun-kissed — Gin, Aperol, Lemon juice, Crème de Pamplemousse, Simple syrup
- Aegean Dream — Gin, Aperol, Mastika, Orange bitters, Lemon juice, Rosemary
