My Idea of Fun

3⁄4 oz Haitian Rum, Barbancourt 8
3⁄4 oz Blended rum, Banks 5 Island
1⁄2 oz Overproof rum, Plantation
1⁄2 oz Byrrh
1 ds Bitters (Root beer bitters)
1 twst Orange peel
1 pn Nutmeg
Instructions

Stir, strain over an ice cylinder in an old fashioned glass, express and insert the orange peel, grate nutmeg on top.

Notes

Tastes uncannily like Licor 43 with a funky overproof rum finish.

Flowing With The Tea

7⁄8 oz Zhuyeqing Liquor
7⁄8 oz Sake
8 Juniper berry
1 bsp Jasmine Green Loose Leaf Tea
Instructions

Muddle the last three ingredients in the Zhuyeqing liquor, then add the sake and shake with ice. Double strain into a sake cup, and garnish with a few leaves of whole leaf green tea and dried juniper berries.

Notes

Zhuyeqing is a Chinese Bamboo Leaf Infused Liquor at 45% vol
