Zwei
Stir, strain, down
I believe they started with Suze but now use Salers. I make it with Suze and it tastes dandy.
- Great way to use the last of of the Suze and Maurin
- Polka Dot Negroni — Salers Gentiane, Gin, Bianco Vermouth, Grapefruit bitters, Cherry, Lemon peel
- Lucien's Brasileira — Genever, Aromatized wine, Luxardo Bitter, Sweet vermouth, Jamaican rum, Orgeat, Grapefruit peel
- Better Sunday Afternoon — Gin, Aromatized wine, Gran Classico, Salers Gentiane, Lemon peel
- Spanish Negroni — Amontillado Sherry, Campari, Gin, Sweet vermouth, Orange peel
- Natale Bianco — Gin, Salers Gentiane, Bianco Vermouth, Bitters, Lemon peel
Forgive my ignorance, but what is meant with "down" in instructions?
Generally speaking, "down" means chilled and in a rocks/old fashioned glass. Thanks, Zachary
thx
