It was sweet enough for me without the agave nectar. I also felt like the apricot took over; I'll try less apricot and more chartreuse next time.

- Gin Basil Smash — Gin, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Basil
- Daisy Mae — Gin, Herbal liqueur, Lime juice, Simple syrup, Mint
- Irma La Douce — Gin, Herbal liqueur, Lemon juice, Grapefruit juice, Simple syrup, Cucumber
- Christmas Apricot — Gin, Absinthe, Simple syrup, Lime juice, Rhubarb, Mint
- Divorce Papers — Gin, Aperol, Lemon juice, Honey syrup, Passion fruit puree
Reduced the Apricot 10% and increased the gin 10%. Split the Fernet with Suze, 5ml each… not a wash, mixed in. Swapped the yellow for green. Chef’s kiss.
