Irish Ginger Flip with Teeth
Muddle ginger and honey, then add liquor. Reverse shake with ice and fine strain. Add egg white and dry shake for 30 seconds. Serve up with expressed lemon peel and optional nutmeg.
Honey syrup can just be 1 fat tsp honey to muddle with ginger then add 1 tsp boiling water to dissolve before adding liquor and shaking

- Deck Apes — Irish whiskey, Maraschino Liqueur, Cranberry bitters, Pomegranate juice
- Padovani (Islay) — Scotch, Elderflower liqueur
- The Velvet Smoking Jacket — Mezcal, Falernum, Islay Scotch, Orange bitters, Lemon peel
