Palo Negro
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ingredients and stir. Strain into a Champagne coupe and garnish with orange disc.
- Tried it with dark muscovado syrup (2:1) but that was no improvement.
- Two Graves — Reposado Tequila, Amontillado Sherry, Dimmi, Orange bitters, Lemon peel
- Gallows Bird — Reposado Tequila, Cream Sherry, Pineapple shrub
- Yama Blanca — Reposado Tequila, Bianco Vermouth, Tequila, Falernum
- The Drunken Dodo — Trinidad rum, Sweet vermouth, Allspice Dram, Bitters, Orange peel
- Boomerang Cocktail (Crosby Gaige) — Rye, Sweet vermouth, Swedish Punsch, Bitters, Lemon juice
