Notes

For the better drink, use softer London dry gin or switch to Plymouth gin.
Aside from Fernet Branca and Pernod Absinthe, my choice were Bulldog / Cuor di Limoncello / Christian Drouin Calvados VSOP.

Smoked Jack Rabbit

6 dr Orange cream citrate, Bittermens
1 pn Kosher Salt (Garnish)
Instructions

Rinse chilled coupe with Laphroaig. Shake, strain, chilled coupe, garnish salt over drink.

Garden Collins

1 1⁄2 oz Rhubarb liqueur, Art in the Age
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Rosemary syrup
Instructions

Shake rhubarb liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice; strain into a collins glass, fill with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Notes

To make the rosemary syrup, use 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 2 rosemary sprigs.
