Substitute dry vermouth for less bitterness, modest minerally white (budget sauvignon blanc) blends well, but less vino or more aggressive gin can tip the balance nicely

- 4/30/20: Used Tanqueray and Dolin blanc in place of the Lillet. Very tasty. Would like to try chilling everything ahead of time and adding soda water.

- Bronx Cocktail (Boothby) — Gin, Sweet vermouth, Dry vermouth, Orange bitters, Orange juice, Orange peel
- Island Dream — Gin, Aromatized wine, Dry vermouth, Bianco Vermouth, Orange bitters, Salt Solution, Lemon peel
- Jabberwocky — Gin, Manzanilla sherry, Aromatized wine, Orange bitters
- Lake County Remembered — Aromatized wine, Old Tom Gin, Amontillado Sherry, Pear eau de vie, Bitters, Lemon juice
