Dry shake or 'whip' cocktail then Shake all ingredients (except black pepper) vigorously over ice. Strain in chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with black pepper.

Adrienne, fed up with coming up with drink names, has decided to simply name each drink after the person she's made it for, and told me that this drink is called the Rafa. I don't think that's a suitable name for a drink, especially one this delicious.

Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled glass and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Sweet, but interesting with effectively no base spirit.
Place 2 sprigs mint in metal julep tin. Add liquids, muddle gently and let sit 1 mintute.
Fill with crushed ice and swizzle. Garnish with 2 more mint sprigs.
Using Rare Tea Cellars mint meritage tea, 1 Tblsp per bottle of whiskey for 1 minute. 1/8th ounce of both dem and zucca sometimes need to be fat.

Soak 1 Tblsp muddled juniper berries and peel of one orange in vodka overnight then strain for juniper orange tincture.
