- The Vanishing Point — Gin, Cinnamon syrup, Lemon juice, Lime juice, Orange flower water, Salt, Lemon peel, Cinnamon
- Crimson and Clover — Gin, Mulled wine, Lemon juice, Egg white
- The Overlook — Gin, Eau de vie of Douglas Fir, Lime juice, Cinnamon syrup, Cinnamon
- Hallowed Tea Thy Name — Gin, Aperol, Amaro, Bitters, Egg white, Lemon juice, Cinnamon syrup, Mint, Smoked Salt
Somewhere between 3 and 3.5 as written. Sorel's clove/cinnamon/hibiscus is at the forefront, but a bit dry due to the acidity, which seems to overpower the rest of the drink. Sorel is only moderately sweet, making it difficult to balance in equal parts with lemon. For my tastes I will likely retry w/ 1/2 oz lemon juice, while upping the Cocchi Americano to 3/4. The Cocchi is lost at 1/2, so a bit more could add some desired breadth to the flavor.
