- I might go a tad lighter on the amaretto next time, but overall a well-balanced drink that doesn't taste generic.

- Fall Down Slow — Rum, Cognac, Plum wine, Cynar, Amaro Nonino, Peychaud's Bitters
- Obvious Triticale — Rye, Cynar, Manzanilla sherry, Mirabelle eau-de-vie, Falernum, Bitters, Absinthe
