Variation of Solstice.
- No allspice dram but still good — ★★★★
- Made with Old Granddad bonded, and (rather randomly) a dash each of celery and Peychauds bitters. The curacao is the loudest ingredient. Amaro-like bittersweetness on the tail end.
- Boozy, spicy, punch-like. Allspice adds nuance without taking over. Adding this one to my Christmas cocktail list.
- Use triple sec
- Meatpacker — Bourbon, Limoncello, Sweet vermouth, Bitters
- Boomerang Cocktail (Crosby Gaige) — Rye, Sweet vermouth, Swedish Punsch, Bitters, Lemon juice
- Hi Falutin — Bourbon, Swedish Punsch, Byrrh
- Opalescence — Rye, Sweet vermouth, Rhubarb liqueur, Lemon bitters, Honey syrup
- bargellino — Rye, Dry vermouth, Amaro Montenegro, Maraschino Liqueur, Orange peel

We didn't have 5 x 5 aromatic bitters, so, in a choice between celery & fennel, we chose fennel. The drink is delicious.
