Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled glass.
1 ounce of gin may be added to this, preferably something from St. George, like Botanivore.

- I had it 1:2 lemon juice to absinthe - so a very different mix than the recommendation - loved it. Will try the "right" way later
