Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, topping with ginger beer, and garnish. Serve with straw.

  • Just about the only way to use watermelon juice I've found that doesn't also use citrus. Slightly savory and excellent.
  • It's good - but you got to love Campari to love this. Maybe good for Negroni lovers. Maybe a little simple would help cut the Campari for those who are not huge fans...or reduce to .5 or try Aperol.
