3⁄4 oz Bianco Vermouth (Preferably Lustau)
1⁄2 oz Vodka (Preferably Chopin)
1⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1⁄4 oz Melon liqueur, Midori
1 Maraschino cherry
Instructions

Stir in mixing glass with ice, serve in Nick & Nora, garnish with maraschino cherry in bottom of glass.

Side Carthusian

2 oz Applejack, Lairds 100 proof
1 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 bsp Apple syrup (Liquid Alchemist Apple Spice Syrup)
2 dr Salt Solution (4:1 water to salt ratio)
Instructions

Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe, no garnish.

Notes

Apple forward with lots of herbal notes and spice. There are several recipes online for making homemade spiced apple syrup if you wish to go that route. Just be careful. This is 3 oz of 50+ % alcohol.

History

This drink was created for the March 2024 original cocktail competition in the r/cocktails subreddit that required the use of Brandy and Green Chartreuse. The name came about because it was a Sidecar riff.
