Shake, fine strain, straight up, large coupe. To make Sweet Corn Simple Syrup, puree sweet corn, strain through cheese cloth and mix 1:1 with simple syrup.
- Tiquirí — Rum, Light rum, Lime juice, Vanilla syrup, Lime
- Maple Morning — Dark rum, Orange bitters, Lime juice, Grade A amber color and rich taste maple syrup, Lemon peel
- The Ficus — Bermuda rum, Orange juice, Lime juice, Demerara syrup, Fig preserves, Balsamic Vinegar, Orange peel
- Rita Hayworth (juice variation) — Blanco tequila, Lime juice, Pineapple juice, Honey, Agave syrup, Sage
- Jillian Vose's Daiquiri — Nicaraguan Rum, Demerara Rum, Blended rum, Lime juice, Cane syrup, Lime
Can someone explain where the second portion of lime juice is to be used, please?
