High Brow Board Walk
Stir everything except the dehydrated lemon slice together over ice and strain into a coup glass. Float the dehydrated lemon slice.
I tried this without the lemon and it's quite spicy. The lemon goes a long way towards balance here. The bourbon has a caramel flavor.
I got the idea from the Ambidextrous cocktail that Frederic Yarm from Boston posted and I've been trying to use more Bràulio.
- La Plante de la Lune (Plant of the Moon) — Bourbon, Chardonnay, Bitters, Celery bitters, Sea Buckthorn liqueur, Lemon juice, Apricot jam
- The Hearing Trumpet — Scotch, Cardamaro, Swedish Punsch, Campari, Bitters, Orange peel
- Novecento — Cognac, Sweet vermouth, Campari, Maraschino Liqueur, Bitters, Peychaud's Bitters, Lemon juice, Lemon peel
- The Adams — Bourbon, Campari, Sweet vermouth, Kummel, Bitters
- Intercept — Bourbon, Sweet vermouth, Campari, Apricot liqueur, Bitters, Orange peel
