High Brow Board Walk
Stir everything except the dehydrated lemon slice together over ice and strain into a coup glass. Float the dehydrated lemon slice.
I tried this without the lemon and it's quite spicy. The lemon goes a long way towards balance here. The bourbon has a caramel flavor.
I got the idea from the Ambidextrous cocktail that Frederic Yarm from Boston posted and I've been trying to use more Bràulio.
- Lucky Fool — Brandy, Licor 43, Dry vermouth, Peychaud's Bitters, Citron liqueur, Lime juice
- Hike Uphill — Rye, Framboise, Dry vermouth, Grapefruit juice, Orgeat, Sherry vinegar
- La Plante de la Lune (Plant of the Moon) — Bourbon, Chardonnay, Bitters, Celery bitters, Sea Buckthorn liqueur, Lemon juice, Apricot jam
- Neyah's White Manhattan, Tweaked — White whiskey, Dry vermouth, Bénédictine, Orange bitters, Cranberry bitters
