Mismaloya
Shake 1 cucumber slice and 1 rosemary sprig with tequila, simple and lime over ice. Strain over new ice into a Collins glass. Top with tonic, garnish with remaining cucumber and rosemary.

I was skeptical, but this is surprisingly decent. A great cocktail to make if you have cucumbers and rosemary from the garden. I think the sweetness from the simple syrup and the tonic water is slightly excessive. But cucumber flavor kind of needs some sweetness, so the next time I make it, and I shall, it will be a small reduction in the simple syrup, maybe 3/4 oz for two servings.
