Garnish glass with housemade Campari dust
Campari dust can be made by just letting Campari sit in a cool pan for a few days until solid and then ground in ramekin.
A dash of chocolate bitters is also nice in this drink
- Venetian — Gin, Amaretto, Campari, Dry vermouth, Lemon peel
- Sparrowfall — Old Tom Gin, Dry vermouth, Amaretto, Alpe Amaro Lys, Orange peel
- Spanish Steps — Gin, Campari, Tawny port, Coffee liqueur, Orange peel
- 32nd Street — Gin, Junmai Sake, Dark Crème de Cacao, Lime cordial, Lemongrass
- Delerium Tremens (The D.T.) — Oloroso sherry, Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur, Aromatized wine
Made it with a random cheapo gold rum and allspice dram instead of the bitters. It's good! Would be great over crushed ice.
