- Notte Bene Sour — Rye, Amaro, Spanish brandy, Grapefruit juice, CioCiaro, Grapefruit peel
- Reverse Brooklyn (Erik Ellestad) — Sweet vermouth, Bourbon, Bigallet China-China, Maraschino Liqueur
- Sideburn Sour — Bourbon, Red wine, Bitters, Absinthe, Egg white, Orange juice, Simple syrup
- The Civil Litigation — Brandy, Aquavit, Licor 43, Averna, Grapefruit bitters, Caperitif, Orange peel
- Bleeding Castro — Añejo rum, Sweet vermouth, Cherry Liqueur, Orange juice, Grapefruit juice
A touch sweet, but quite good. Don't have a high-proof bourbon, but I do have a high-proof orange curaçao. Made it with Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage (10 yrs.) and Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao... Flamed an orange peel after the first couple sips; I think it helped. Might try with a 100-proof rye next time.
