No Bananas Today
Shake, strain, garnish.
To make the banana syrup, take 2 mashed bananas, 2/3 cup water and 1 2/3 cup unrefinted cane sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Strain to remove solids.
- Sub Novo Fogo silver cachaça (great banana notes) for Demerara, & 1 tsp banana jam for syrup. + 2 ds Tiki bitters, 1/4 oz passionfruit syrup, garnish w/ dusting of cinnamon.
- Top Notch Volcano — Jamaican rum, Maraschino Liqueur, Lime juice, Pineapple juice, Demerara syrup, Passion fruit puree
- Snoop Lion (or, Fo'Swizzle) — Jamaican rum, Batavia Arrack, Maraschino Liqueur, Grapefruit juice, Passion fruit syrup, Lime juice
- The Undead Gentleman — Jamaican rum, Demerara Rum, Falernum, Bitters, Absinthe, Grapefruit juice, Lime juice, Cinnamon syrup, Grapefruit peel, Lime peel
- Rum Flower — Rum, Añejo rum, Crème de Violette, Elderflower liqueur, Lemon juice, Agave syrup
- Santiago — Cuban rum, Maraschino Liqueur, Bitters, Herbal liqueur, Lime juice, Simple syrup

No Bananas Today Zach! Its actually supposed to be a singular banana chip.
Also Banana syrup can be seen in the link, but I used a Banana Oleo syrup that was delicious!
