Combine everything. Dry shake. Then shake with ice and strain into handsome cocktail glass. Garnish with an extra drop or two of bitters in foam.
Personally, used aguafaba instead of egg whites. Tequila was Volcan de Mi Tierra Blanco.

- Anchor Scar — Blanco tequila, Amaro Meletti, Grapefruit bitters, Allspice Dram, PInk grapefruit juice, Lime juice, Orgeat
- 5 Spot — Martinique Rum, Bitters, Lime juice, Maple syrup, Water, Ginger syrup, Basil
- Sur del Sol — Pisco, Blanco tequila, Aperol, Bitters, Grapefruit bitters, Lemon juice, Agave syrup, Cucumber, Salt
- Onyx — Virgin Islands Rum, Amer Picon, Balsamic Vinegar, Cherry syrup
