1 1⁄2 oz Bianco Vermouth, Dolin
1⁄2 oz Gin, Beefeater
1 oz Grapefruit juice (ruby red)
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Chamomile syrup
1 oz Soda water (to top)
1 wdg Grapefruit (lightly dusted with salt, as garnish)
Instructions

Integration shake, strain over ice in a Collins, top with soda, stir, garnish, serve with straw.

Cupid's Chokehold

3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Vanilla syrup (see note)
Instructions

Shake all ingredients but Cherry Heering with ice and double strain into a coupe. Swizzle Cherry Heering to the bottom of the glass.

Notes

To make the vanilla syrup, infuse a 1:1 syrup with 2 Madagascar vanilla beans.

This is a really good drink.  Balance is right; it's one garnish or substitution or bitters away from being a classic.
