Sideburn Sour
Prep cocktail glass with a rinse of absinthe and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a mixing glass without ice, and dry shake with cocktail coil. Add ice and shake again. Strain into prepped cocktail glass. Dot finished cocktail with couple drops of Angostura bitters and run straw through bitters.
- Bruceland Sour — Speyside Scotch, Ginger liqueur, Tawny port, Meyer lemon juice, Egg white, Rich simple syrup 2:1, Brandied cherry
- They Can't Kill Us All — Añejo rum, Bourbon, Sherry, Crème de Banane, Milk, Yuzu juice, Gomme syrup
- Wilco (The Drink) — Midwest Wheat White Whiskey, Bourbon, Bianco Vermouth, Orange bitters, Orgeat, Lemon juice, Egg white, Orange peel
- Gold Coast Fizz — American Whiskey, Cherry Liqueur, Walnut Liqueur, Soda water, Orange juice, Espresso syrup, Egg yolk
- The Dandy Brandy Smash — Applejack, Cognac VSOP, Simple syrup, Egg white, Mint, Lemon
