Allspice Sour
Shake all ingredients without ice until foamy, add ice and shake again, strain, straight up into cocktail or coupe glass, spoon out additional foam in shaker, garnish with maraschino cherries

Tasty. I also used this to try out my homemade allspice dram. I made the mistake of using a lighter rum and I think the rum choice made the cocktail feel like it was lacking something - it was "missing a middle-range".
