Summer Babe (Winter Version)
Briefly shake with ice, baby, strain over crushed ice in a pilsner glass, garnish with a bouquet of mint, serve with straw.
A loose take on a Mai Tai with wintry flavors, still good for all seasons.

- Southern Nocello Nights — Rye, Walnut Liqueur, Bitters, Lemon juice, CioCiaro, Simple syrup
- China Clipper — Gold rum, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Lemon peel
Serve with fingers, or another meal.
I updated the instructions to specify that you shake with ice, baby, though unfortunately I think KC frowns on mixin' cocktails with a plastic-tipped cigar.
Upped the lemon juice a smidge. Might have brown liqueur but still tastes like a summer drink.
