The Shah Sleeps
Stir and strain. Orange peel garnish.

- Smidge less green chartreuse, smidge more all spice dram.
- Sweet, smooth with a bit of funk. Blends well.
- 1. Might try with less Green Chartreuse next time
- bittersweet amaro-based cocktail that really blends all of its ingredients well
- good very unique
- Montenegro plus.
- Love it
- Great unusual flavor, looks like a dark boozy cocktail but tastes sweeter. Orange and apple brandy at first with a refreshing spices and chartreuse finish.
- Liquid Swords — Aperol, Orange liqueur, Rye, Herbal liqueur
- Monte Cassino (Bergamot) — Brandy, Campari, Amaro Montenegro, Peach bitters
- Ides of March — Bourbon, Aperol, Blood orange syrup, Lemon juice, Lemon peel
- Bitter Loser — Bourbon, Campari, Orange liqueur, Mezcal, Bitters, Orange bitters, Orange juice, Orange
- Garlands — Whiskey, Aperol, Amaro, Coffee liqueur, Grapefruit juice
Great! Used Vecchio Amaro del Capo instead of Amaro Montenegro.
Agree. Unique. Floral, but the Chartreuse gives the perfect Campari bite.
nice and smooth with a full body if just a bit sweet. I swapped Calvados/Montenegro proportions and liked it more.
