- Very good. Absinthe plays nice w/the cola-ish cin cyn underneath.
- I have made this several times and it's a great excuse to keep absinthe around! I've been using Pacifique Absynth, Cynar 70, Donlin's sweet, and beefeater gin. I put a little ice in a rocks glass to help with the floater.
- Cin-Cyn — Gin, Cynar, Sweet vermouth, Peychaud's Bitters, Orange
- Padded Thai — Gin, Cynar, Ginger liqueur, Drinking vinegar
- Doff Your Hat — Genever, Sweet vermouth, Cynar, Orange liqueur, Orange bitters
- Amertinez — Gin, Cynar, Sweet vermouth, Maraschino Liqueur, Orange bitters, Orange peel
- Choke up, little Suzy — Gin, Cynar, Suze, Orange peel
