These are Sam Ross' ratios. The IBA calls for two parts each of Galliano, orange juice, and Cointreau with one part of cream.

A leisure suit drink. Some recipes call for orange juice. Tons of variations in the ratios; the IBA calls for equal parts.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange twist.
According to Simon Difford's website, the [Pick of] Destiny uses Rittenhouse Rye and is adapted from a drink created in 2007.

For tea-infused orgeat, make an orgeat with Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer tea as the water component.
This is the same concept as the Piña Verde.The Branca Menta in this drink will add mintiness which is a nice choice although that is probably up to taste. The presence of lime (in that drink) improves that (and other) Piña Coladas so I would keep that. The Coco López is the traditional choice but I like the combination of CC and CL (although I would swap the proportions).
