Shake, strain, coupe.
For the pineapple syrup - 300 g pineapple juice, 150 g white sugar, pinch each of citric acid and salt. Bring to a boil and strain through a Chemex filter.

- Getaway Car — Jamaican rum, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, Pineapple juice, Lime juice, Simple syrup, Lime
- Summertime Clothes — Bison grass vodka, Reposado Tequila, Lime juice, Ginger syrup, Strawberry preserves, Orange flower water
- The Last Poblano — Ancho Reyes Verde chile liqueur, Herbal liqueur, Elderflower liqueur, Lemon juice
