Sometimes you just grab a couple of bottles to make a cocktail, no thought, and the result is uniquely tasty on the palate.
- Brazil de Colorado — Cachaça, Blackberry liqueur, Limoncello, Lemon juice
- Girls Can Tell — Pisco, Campari, Maraschino Liqueur, Lime juice, Strawberry, Pineapple syrup
- Ginger Batida aka Ginger Caipirinha — Cachaça, Ginger liqueur, Lime juice, Cherry juice, Grenadine
- Pancho Villa — Tequila, Triple sec, Rhubarb bitters, Strawberry, Lime juice, Basil
- Gabriella — Pisco, Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Strawberry, Salt
Interesting drink. Though I feel the raspberry gets a little lost. I was expecting more of a raspberry flavor to it with a whole ounce of creme de framboise but it's a background note behind the Averna. That said, it does a lot to get past the week old grass rotting in the summer sun taste I typically get from cachaça and makes it a pleasant experience. So kudos for that!
