Shake with ice, strain into a white wine glass filled with ice, add a splash of club and garnish with candied ginger cube.
My ginger twist on the classic "May Daisy" cocktail. It's definitely sweeter, but the intense ginger, lemon, and interesting depth from the rhubarb bitters keeps it from being cloying
