3⁄4 oz Agave syrup, Partida
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
2 oz Gin
Instructions

Muddle arugula with lime and syrup; shake, strain, garnish with lime wheel or a little piece of arugala.

There are a bunch of arugula gimlets out there! Back Bar (Somerville) has one called just "Arugula Gimlet" with basically the same recipe but with simple syrup instead of agave. Giving Up the Ghost

1 1⁄2 oz Gin
1⁄2 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄2 oz Sweet vermouth
1⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Jeppson's Malort
1⁄4 oz Apricot liqueur
1⁄2 oz Blackberry liqueur (reserve half to float)
1 twst Lemon peel (discard)
Instructions

Stir, strain, cocktail glass, float, express peel then discard.

8 Raspberry (muddled)
2 oz Gin, Bluecoat Elderflower

Instructions

Muddle raspberries. Shake or vigorously stir with ice, gin, and liqueur. Double strain over crushed ice. Add more crushed ice and bitters. Stick mint sprig into raspberry and use as garnish.

  • Fresh and garden-y nose. On the sip, mildly tart fruity sweetness, like fruit punch flavor. On swallow the mint comes through. Bubble-gum flavor comes in late.
