Muddle arugula with lime and syrup; shake, strain, garnish with lime wheel or a little piece of arugala.
An arugala gimlet variation
- So fresh! Best with a spicy more citrus forward gin like Tanguery or Beefeater.
- Pearls Before Swine — Gin, Ice cubes, Lemon juice, Orgeat, Greek yogurt, Lemon Curd, Rose water
- Wrongo Starr — Gin, Green Crème de Menthe, Aztec Chocolate bitters, Citron liqueur, Orange juice, Sherry vinegar
- A to B — Jamaican rum, Gin, Aquavit, Curaçao, Lemon juice, Thyme syrup, Thyme, Lemon peel
- Lin McAdam — Gin, Cherry Liqueur, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, Cranberry bitters, Lime juice, Sherry vinegar
- Blue and Yellow — Gin, Elderflower liqueur, Blueberry syrup, Lemon juice
