- Sub Allspice Dram for Nocino
- Used 1/4 oz St. Elizabeth's and 1/4 oz Becherovka. Very nice, accessible pie-spiced whiskey sour.
- Woody Sour — Bourbon, Rye, Allspice Dram, Bitters, Lemon juice, Demerara syrup
- The Mystical One — Bourbon, Lime juice, Cinnamon syrup, Sage
- Lion's Share (Drink version) — Bourbon, Allspice Dram, Bitters, Lemon juice, Vanilla syrup, Demerara syrup
- Jackpot Question — Rye, Cherry Liqueur, Virgin Islands Rum, Lemon juice, Cinnamon syrup
- None but the Brave — Whiskey, Jamaican rum, Bitters, Lime juice, Simple syrup, Allspice
I made and enjoyed this with regular simple syrup as I have yet to make gomme syrup. Has anyone made it both ways and care to comment?
We enjoyed a 50/50 bourbon/rye base. Made our own allspice dram. Very tasty.
