Gato Negro Instantáneo
Combine ingredients with ice, strain, and serve up in a cocktail glass.
Get a coffee filter with a teaspoon of medium or dark roast coffee. Pour the mezcal through the filter and wait for the liquid to filter through. This should take a minute or two.
Based on this by Mike Melazzo, but added the instant/filter aspect. No need to wait a few hours.
