- Made as written and subbing Gran Classico for Aperol. Not substantially different than an Old Pal. Slightly less good.
- Easy to drink. Gone before you know it!
- Very tasty, made with Cuty Sark and Cinzano, which was delicious. Tasted like orange chocolate and cherry, well balanced, slightly bitter.
- A worthwhile variant. I taste chocolate.

- Boulevardier (Cure version) — Rye, Sweet vermouth, Campari, Orange peel
- Per Umberto — Trinidad rum, Cynar, Campari, Meyer lemon juice
- Chorrizo's Boulevardier Jaboneria — Scotch, Campari, Sweet vermouth, Lemon bitters
- A Thing — Bourbon, Amaro, Orange liqueur
