Shake, strain, up
The recipe is equal parts Punsch and Bacardi rum, with a teaspoon each lemon and orange juice. I've taken this to mean 1 oz of each.
In his 1947 Bartender's Guide, "Trader" Vic Bergeron suggests 1.5 Punsch, .75 Jamaican rum, and 1 tsp each orange and lemon.

- Nui Nui — Virgin Islands Rum, Allspice Dram, Bitters, Lime juice, Orange juice, Cinnamon syrup, Vanilla syrup, Orange peel
- Havana Crusta — Cuban rum, Curaçao, Peychaud's Bitters, Orange, Simple syrup
- Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea — Rum, Swedish Punsch, Apricot liqueur, Lime juice, Lime
- St. Lucian — Dark rum, Orange liqueur, Averna, Chocolate bitters, Cinnamon syrup
- Rice Overrun — Blended rum, Curaçao, Grapefruit bitters, Rice vinegar, Simple syrup, Grapefruit peel
1 1/2 punsch, 1 plantation 3, 1/2 oz orange and lemon. Perfect!
