According to the bar's Instagram post, it's 2 oz Evan Williams Bonded Bourbon, 1/2 oz Punt e Mes, 1/2 oz housemade falernum, 1 heavy/2 light dashes Angostura Bitters (it's 3 Japanese bitter bottles dashes which are about half the size of a dash from the store bought Ango bottle). Stir, with ice, strain into a stemmed up glass, and garnish with lemon oil from a twist (express & discard).
