Stir with ice, coupé glass, skewer a lemon peel together with a rose petal for the garnish.
Some people like rose flavor, others don't. 6 drops is a middle ground. If they like more, go to 8; if they like less, try 4.
- Doesn't taste very balanced; the Islay Scotch dominates, and I therefore question the need for all of these ingredients. I used an aged Agricole and subbed Kina L'Aero for the LIllet.

- The Dry Season — Mezcal, Tequila, Aromatized wine, Aperol
- Mexican Necromancer — Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, Aromatized wine, Aperol, Bitters, Lemon peel
- Well Deck Clive — Irish whiskey, Strega, Dry vermouth, Orange bitters, Agave syrup
- Shattered Glasser — Reposado Tequila, Sweet vermouth, Batavia Arrack, Mezcal, Allspice Dram, Bénédictine, Bitters, Cherry
