  • This was surprisingly delicious. It's light - the botanicals and spiciness come out of the gin and cocchi americano nicely. I aded some fresh rosemary to finish it off to kick up the aromatics a little.

  • Really well balanced. A nice gin would make it stand out.
  • Citrus and rosemary is a great combo. The rosemary is more subtle than than the name implies. Maybe I should make a stronger syrup?
