Named after Marco Polo who enjoyed arrack and wrote about the spirit in his published travel diary, Il Milione. Originally created as a signature drink for VSOA, this cocktail is regularly served and enjoyed at tasting events
- Summer Breeze — Blanco tequila, Elderflower liqueur, Pamplemousse Rose, Soda water, Lime juice, Lime
- Hibiscus Rum Punch — Blended rum, Hibiscus Liqueur, Seltzer water, Lime juice, Rich demerara syrup 2:1, Lime
- Wisecrack Fizz — Pisco, Elderflower liqueur, Club soda, Grapefruit juice, Lemon juice
- Don Gorgon — Cachaça, Aperol, Seltzer water, Lemon juice, Demerara syrup, Cinnamon, Lemon, Cinnamon stick
- Paloma Sour — Blanco tequila, Grapefruit bitters, Grapefruit soda, Agave syrup, Lime juice, Egg white, Lime, Salt
Frankly I think this would be better with home made boiled custard instead of store bought eggnog. YMMV.
