- Made with fernet vallet.
- I used watermelon syrup instead of pineapple syrup. Quite delicious! I used smoked salt for the salt.
- This is a nice sour.
- Definitely interesting! The salt is important; don't be timid with the pinch.

- Chef's Kiss — Fernet Branca, Herbal liqueur, Demerara syrup, Lime juice, Lime
- Fernetaboutit — Fernet Branca, Herbal liqueur, Maraschino Liqueur, Lime juice
I just discovered this cocktail .... I Like It !!!!! My palate really likes Chartreuse, and my palate really likes Fernet.
I do not have any pineapple syrup, or juice, so I substituted 2 different syrups.
1) For the first go-round, I used my homemade Cilantro Syrup.
2) For the second go-round, I used my homemade Sage Syrup.
Each adds it's own subtleties.
