Gramercy
Stir with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Squeeze a lemon peel over the top, rub it around the rim, and drop it in.

- Cloying is the correct word.
- The Benedictine is a bit overpowering and contributes to a cloying sweetness. Working on ways to lighten or dry the cocktail. Perhaps a rinse or scant 1/4 oz of Fernet
- 3-2-1 — Rye, Herbal liqueur, Dry vermouth
- Sidney Cocktail — Rye, Herbal liqueur, Dry vermouth
- Gucci Sweater Now — Cognac, Bénédictine, Valdespino Jerez Quina, Dry vermouth
- Funny Duck — Bourbon, Sweet vermouth, Bénédictine, Averna, Bitters
- Nation Of Two — Bourbon, Sweet vermouth, Herbal liqueur, Black peppercorns
I can't tell if I agree with the "cloying" reviews or if I love it. I did closer to 1 and 3/4 rye. Def. interesting and would make again. But If I made a change I can't tell what it would be.
