Build in pre-heated mug. Combine bourbon, amaretto, and gin, top with boiling water. Garnish with clove-studded lemon wedge and cinnamon stick.

 - Spice Trade (Ran Duan) — Genever, Guatemalan rum, Bonal Gentiane Quina, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Bitters, Orange peel
 - Hadley's Tears — Jamaican rum, Genever, Coffee liqueur, Absinthe, Bitters, Cane syrup, Orange peel
 - Mignon — Gin, Rye, Cassis, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, Orange bitters, Islay Scotch, Orange
