2 oz Rye, Old Overholt
1 1⁄2 oz Pear Shrub
1⁄2 oz Applejack, Lairds
1 bsp Demerara syrup (2:1 Ratio)
2 ds Orange bitters, Angostura Orange
Instructions

Add ice and shake ingredients, double strain into Old Fashioned glass with 1 large ice cube. Garnish with orange.

Le Grog Alsacien

It's definitely tasty and I would drink it again, but as the other comment says it's nothing too special. I'm not sure that the passion fruit syrup makes a whole lot of difference.
