Muddle lime juice, agave and ginger. Add sherry and mezcal. Shake. Strain over large ice cube. Garnish with nutmeg and lime.

- Went easy with the ginger after reading comments but will try again with the full amount as I found it fine. More of a summer drink than late November. Livened up with a dash of mole bitters
